What really gets me is having to deal with cops where I live. I live in a condo with rent-a-cop security guards. You go down to the pool, spa, or ice machine and these guys come up to you and act like you're a suspect in some crime. If you go out to the store late at night they'll fucking question you about it the next day like you owe them some explanation for wanting a midnight snack. They REALLY have it out for my boyfriend (no doubt because of his looks) and have even taken to questioning me about where he is when he's not with me.
It's starting to get to the point where I'm going to have to go complain to the property management staff about these douche nozzles for the second time just to be left alone in what is essentially an extension of my own home. I mean, who wants to be harassed in their own pool or walking to their car?

You need to file the complaint with the association... if they don't appear that they will do anything about it, threaten to foreclose your condo. That normally snaps'em straight.
Then tell the security guards to piss off and leave you and your visitors alone before you file civil complaints against the security guard and association. It's so simple, you just fill out some form and file them at the court house, super easy, just make sure you keep records that you tried a different way first.
