I love a lot of British culture and was pretty much raised on British TV series, movies, books etc. Love British humor.
On the other hand it's true that Britain and France take the cake as the worst examples of former European (or world) empires.
But that's what's probably gonna happen to the whole West in general very soon - with the influx of retardation / lack of education / productivity in general.
Lazy white man needs to own, not to work.
So if you're stripped off all the amazing things the western culture was built on, such as slavery and imperial colonism (although now it's still happening on an economical level), things get much worse.
It'll even be much worse in the future, read about the fall of the Roman empire - history repeats itself and barbarism might as well again win over "culture".
