Join submits means they filled out the "pre-join" form, the page that most sponsors have that just ask for them to create a username and password and type in their email address and click "submit" which then takes them to the credit card input page. That's considered a "join submit"


"Join page hits" occurs when the surfer clicks to the pre-join page either by clicking the "join now" somewhere on the tour, or maybe they clicked a thumb that was blind linked to the pre-join page.


If you are getting alot of join submits and no sales, just means your surfers are backing away at the last second for whatever reason, either they are scared of the price the way it's shown on the page where they type in the credit cards, or they don't have a credit card or whatever.
