One might think so on the surface, but do we really know who is responsible? The crime scene (the aftermath) was erased immediately, with no chance of investigating further. Why is that? Since when is that standard procedure for a crime scene?
And what difference does it make in the end? It's just a building. Does it really matter in any capacity other than sentimental nostalgia if they build it there or a block away?
