Sounds like the first employee probably was told by the maid about the phone, wanted to keep it and told the maid bring it to him, and denied to help us.

total bullshit man................. we had some problems as well, we had replied to the satisfaction survey, we shall see if there is a response.
They think they are way too cool to provide any real service.
I really feel, they think they are dealing with mostly young kids who would go away and not complain.
Took 2 days to get some glasses for the bathroom and the wet bar. As well as no phones for 2 days
When I phoned down to ask for wine glasses they would only send up 4, I had to argue for two more, this is in the top of the line HRH tower suite............ BULLSHIT I say
