do u actually believe in these hard times sponsors could pay 300.00 on a sign Up?

Whats the catch guys? Funny I never get sign ups from these kind of sponsors & I get from sponsors that don't offer big PPS payouts.

I would like 1 sponsor in particular to reply to this thread & that's IMLIVE... So whats the catch guys? u give on any customer who sign up with CC... or the customer as to buy 300.00 or 150.00 worth of credit before the affiliate sees the sign up?
