I need to do all the work, management, cms, etc. And PAY you 1k a week?
I was willing to do a 50-50 thing, but im not going to invest time and money in it, free up some people to manage/run it, AND pay you 1k a week. A share would be fine with me, especially since i think a good site on that domain would be able to rake in 40k a month at the start.
