Don't forget to book a GOOD trip to Halong Bay in Vietnam. Very beautifull and lots of good food. There are cheaper boats, but wen you read on tripadvisor you know you have to select a good one if you don't want to sleep with rats.

Nice hotel in Bangkok, have to visit that when we are there. I am driving throug Croatia now, Dubrovnik is a nice place Except we had our first shower from the sky.
