Geo targeted ads are lame IMO... Nobody believes that shit... My IP is two counties away in every fucking GeoIP DB...
It's another one of these techs that just isn't there yet... State is pretty reliable, usually. Even so eventually ALL users will catch on and people relying on geo targeting will start whining about how conversions are down "but they haven't done anything different"...
IMO anyway ;)
