Pull out of the two wars completely, drill for domestic oil, control it to supply the US first, then sell to other countries to bring down the price of oil world wide, taking away the money from the middle east and bankrupt them like Reagan brought down the USSR with star wars. Then when the economy can handle it, work on green energy, fire up the nuclear reactors and run them like the military runs reactors on a nuclear sub, no worries.
