I'm not going to argue with you. She copy and pasted the install requirements which says not to put the info in the ticket. I asked if I should give it to her on ICQ. She then replied I was about ten minutes too late in getting her the info and she has moved on.
My point is that I have to sit around on ICQ until a tech finally decides to take the install. Because if I miss them by ten minutes, we start all over again. Can I at least schedule an install so we can both meet at the same time?
