Ugh, I remember tgp2. Honestly. A useless but well intentioned idea.

The ONLY viable way to ACTUALLY prevent content from getting out to people is to STOP SELLING OR GIVING IT TO ANYONE WITH A CREDIT CARD. hah. How hard was that?

Sometimes it doesnt matter if everyone agrees. People dont usually choose to regulate themselves strictly, do they?
