congrats on the 1,000,000th thread about the same subject!

Sadly, you're also the 1,000,000th posting the same thread and not having a solution to the problem, so we've to forfeit the prize

as many posters said, you can enforce... I don't know, say 200000, 500000 or whatever amount of sites to not giving the goods for free. Everybody else will keep (well, in fact grow enormously) the traffic and, somehow, the money.

Now, let's say there's some kind of union or global awareness or Age of Aquarius or whatever and 100% of adult sites decide not to give everything for free. Then you'll find 10x the amount of existing sites in the form of individual users sharing porn on peer to peer or whatever media people wants.

Close all peer to peer, all file storage (piracy) sites, all forums, everything known to these days.... and people will find another way to circumvent this.

Does it mean adult business is doomed? No. However, only professionals will remain, there's no more room for basement kids making easy money, or part-time porn fans, not even l33t haxor kids. When somebody mentioned the word "marketing" in this thread I fell off my chair laughing (yes you fucker, you owe me a new hip!!! ). Without exaggeration, I'd bet 95% of adult companies (even established companies) has no marketing professionals nor a slight idea on what marketing is. And I'm saying 95% because I'm willing to cut adult business some slack, realistically speaking I'd say adult companies working on real marketing strategies (whether they're using marketing pros or they have people that knows it intuitively) must be below 100, probably around 50-60, no much more than that. Companies using data research, technological trending, branding and such... probably no more than 25-30.

See, the idea about "marketing" in adult is salesmen and aff representatives. End of story. Although they're needed, they're just the tip of the iceberg. Adult biz is at least 2-3 years behind in technology, 5-6 in marketing trends. How do you want an aff rep to work with business models that are already dead?

So let's get real. The very own definition of marketing could give you the idea you need to solve the equation, at least a clue or a starting point. I just took the very basics and already have several ways to override this, and currently working on one of these roads, once it's clogged.... I'll have another road and so on. Do your homework and it will pay. Open a book. Inform yourself. It pays much more than trolling in GFY
