CyberSEO Suite can do that. However in a bit different way than FeedWordPress. The FeedWordPress plugin inserts that link right into the
post tittles, but CyberSEO Suite is able to insert it into the
post bodies - where you want and with any text you want, e.g. "click here to read more..." or something like that.
