Hi all,
Friend of mine wants to start out in the business and is looking for some webspace. Since he can't afford a server, he will go for a virual hosting account.
Cost should be no more than 30$ a month. The hosting should have good access and not have a 5 sec+ waiting time before you access the page.
Would appreciate some recommendations and some link droppings.
