I agree the presentation is also a little dated, but this isn't a bad idea, especially w/ present economic conditions you could probably use a combo of youtube and craigs list to get some people promoting.

This is similar to how I started in the industry in 1999, doing guerilla marketing via AOL chat rooms and AIM for a phone sex service. I can't shit on it.
