i know there are laws in these countries that would put people like this in jail if they got caught..BUT...what if they succeeded in some way shape or form..would they be held liable here in the united states? would they be charged with breaking any US laws? would they be extradited to lets say pakistan or afghanistan?....the pakis and ghanis sure arent sending terrorist back to the usa for punishment
