Basically, any rationalizing BS argument someone comes up with to justify "bypassing the system set in place for artist compensation"(that's a euphamism for stealing) -- is coming from an indefensible position. If you have ever created anything your entire life, you wouldn't be happy about the prospect of people consuming it without paying for it.
It really is that black and white, until we live in the Utopia where everything is free.
