There were no women or blacks in congress then either as neither had the right to vote yet. If the congressional body was so conscience of the American People and moreover, the needs of minorities and women, why didn't they change the right for women and blacks to vote? I really cant take anything congress did or said at time as having any relevance whatsoever today.

Not sure what the year the group was first labeled terrorist has to do with the fact they still kill people and are still a terrorist org. You guys can play like the Klan doesnt exist, but they just killed a lady down here not long ago after a initiation ritual went sour and she wanted out. The KKK is often considered Americas first terrorist org/group, but its far from dead.
So go ahead, pretend its no longer a terrorist group, fact is, they are designated a terrorist org by our government and still act like one, yet we allow them to parade and rally in the street. We allow them to recruit and we all know the fact is they are heavily involved in crimes.
The Bayou Knights of the KKK are our local chapter and have been involved in many types of crimes. They do not gather to trade recipes thats for sure, they wage terror from the shadows while you guys pretened they dont exist, its hilarious
