Here is one that most people won't remember....and he is, without a doubt, the one person who made BIG money by getting out of the industry.....anyone remember John Ferber?...how about Click Tracker? I remember when he shut down Click Tracker to start advertising.com everyone thought he had lost his mind....of course, he later sold advertising.com to AOL for something close to $500,000,000 CASH. Nice pay day ;)
