Our store here has tards bagging the groceries... (actual tards, not calling names here) and they can never do it right. I don't think they get much, if any training. They try hard, but get distracted pretty easy by things like, life. They'll put 1 thing in one bag, and the next bag will be 100 lbs. So I frequently tell them very politely, "Get the fuck out of the way idiot. I'll do this."
