I use VideoCharge, but like you, I have not found a good way to convert the MP4 files. Have you tried using Apple Quicktime to convert the file to AVI then use Windows Movie Maker to convert to WMV? I was trying that a day or so ago, but kept losing the audio. Not sure if it was my file or Quicktime.

MP4 is definitely much higher quality. I post those for downloading and convert to Flash for streaming now.
