When looking for solid references, you want to look for business leaders or people who are full time in this industry. They will typically have their contact information in their sig or profile no matter the WM board. They will have links to who, and what, segment of the industry they are in (i.e. they have nothing to hide). If you see no contact information, or a link to their site(s), provided or signature with who and what they are. They are probably nothing more than a board troll and should be disregarded and avoided. Legitamate people in the industry do not hide. You know who they are, what they do, and how to get a hold of them.
