I got no issue with Barefootsies, but i do have issues with people having multiple Nicks. I have one nick and i do nothing to make it look bad or get it banned. The only reason for multiple nicks is to Troll and cause trouble.
I think that the mods should do IP bans when they ban a nick. The Mods should also check that there is one nick per IP address certain exceptions apply such as multiple people from one office, etc.
