If a state or city or town wants to eliminate guns all they would need to do is add a $50,000 surcharge on all gun sales and a $50,000 per year local license fee per handgun.
Guns would still be legal and allowed which is all the bill of rights requires... they would just be very expensive to buy or own. IM FOR gun ownership, buy it's silly to think this ruling prevents localities from governing their ownership and use. They could also just as easily regulate the number of bullets and price per bullet, etc...
