nothing is bad for you just so you know. starches are great for your body and should be consumed regularly. beans, rice, and potatoes are all something that should be a regular part of anyone's diet. meats as well, however beef products should be taken in moderation. poultry / fish / eggs are a better source of proteins. beef can be bad on your system, and also tends to "linger" in your body compared to the other protein choices.
