Still does not change the fact that
1. We are owed for what ever sales he has done
2. Content licenses are not valid until we get paid and can issue new ones
3. Content needs to be removed

And i would be VERY interested in seeing the signed license that he has from who ever supplied this.

I cant remember ever hearing anything bad about this guy, but we shall see
