The real culprit is politics in general, not any one President... like most of our problems now. Short-term thinking to keep people happy today so that any given politician can get reelected.
Man, people need to stop arguing and everyone just admit... yes, there is a problem. Let's fix it. It doesn't matter whose fault it is... the problem is still there. Let's fix it.
