A couple years back a phone sex operator in Florida did exactly that.
I'm sure KRL knows of the case, maybe someone has a link?
This operator needed to get surgery for carpul tunnel (sp?) and sued her boss, claiming that her carpul tunnel was caused by masturbating to help get her clients off.
I think she won, too.
