The warning labels, countless studies, countless lectures aren't enough?
It's like cigarettes. We have ALL of this information about how bad cigarettes are for you. Yet people still smoke. They still start smoking. They continue to smoke even though they know it's terrible for them.
People want instant gratification. No long haul mentality. I do not want the government regulating the two Oreo cookies I eat a week. I eat responsibly. It's not difficult. Anyone can do it.
And yes, poor people can eat healthy, too. I'm sick of that argument. It's true, convenient crap foods are cheap and of course they are attractive to poor people. Work two jobs to get by? It's difficult, I understand that... take bag lunches with you. Those are cheap and healthy.
