hey no worries, it still seems low to me, is biking 8 miles only good for a few hundred cals burned? working out can be like 500, so i was just wondering....... i don't know a whole lot about what exercises burn how much, other than the ones i do, lolz so i guess i don't even know how much you burn running a mile eh. but i figure 500 cals for my resistance training and 500 cals per 30 minutes of the cardio i do.
