I've been using several sites/resources for tracking the calories burned. So while it might not be 100% accurate, I'm using the same throughout - so it at least gives me an a baseline to what I've been able to increase, etc.

I use a combo of this: http://www.healthdiscovery.net/links...calculator.htm, the fitness app (which is where I get the bike calories from) and then on the machine I use the calorie counter built in.

Hopefully I am shorting myself - that'd be great!
