Well that was fun. Lawsuit is pretty much a non-issue and just business dissolution at this point. I offered to take poker site and he keep the engineering and he wouldn't. So I flipped the offer and he wouldn't. Then his attorney took him out of the courtroom and bitch slapped him a bit and they cam back in and said that was ok.
I don't care, engineering sites are a gold mine as well.
BTW... if it does settle this way keep an eye for vstrippoker.com sale. He will likely ask 100K and will never get it. If anybody can get him down you should take it. It's a pile of shit programming but I know it inside and out if you need someone to take care of it.
If I see it I'll try to get it as well just need someone's name other then mine.
Not sure it will go that way though because I know he doesn't want the site... just me working on it and him taking the money. I have a feeling he is going to renig the offer.
