According to the app for moderate biking (12-14 mph), which I actually do about 15-20 mph, it says 353 calories for 35 minutes of biking. 358 is what is generated on the website I use, so I think it's pretty comparable.
Lifting though doesn't burn that many calories I've learned. It's all in the cardio.

The Wii Fit+ has a calorie counter that was not included with the Wii Fit. I was a little dismayed after an hour workout that it said I burned like 250 calories or something negligible like that. I burn a lot more walking the dog and riding a Harley . . . and it is a lot more enjoyable.
