I use a combo of this: http://www.healthdiscovery.net/links...calculator.htm, the fitness app (which is where I get the bike calories from) and then on the machine I use the calorie counter built in.

And as for biking, I just love doing it. Nothing like a nice, long bike ride with some riding through the desert landscapes. So while it does burn a heck of a lot less than running, I prefer it more.
