1st - Non Americans don't care about 2257.
2nd - Who really enforces 2257 anyway? With all the sites, dvd companies and content stores in the entire USA, how many inspections have really taken place? 10 or 11? And not one of them got into trouble and many had multiple violations.
Until the whip cracks and they are serious about it... screw 2257.
No one will be getting into any trouble for anything.
