Sorry, here comes a big newbie question
....do people really get sales from buying traffic from traffic brokers? Or is the traffic you buy mostly to feed trade programs or something? I'm considering buying traffic for my main blog Cuckolded Husbands in the near future and was wondering if I can expect maybe a sale or two.
