*If* (hopefully they pay) they fail to pay the final checks due to affiliates and it can be shown that they planned this in advance, I wonder if there is a possibility of fraud charges? I wonder if the Terms would really protect a sponsor if it could be shown that there was willful intent to defraud the affiliate.
