Where in the announcement did you read that "old funds wont be paid"?
If you have an outstanding balance it will be paid out to you in the next 30 days. In order to do so, you must modify your Payment method to Epassporte and enter an Epassporte account. If you do not have an Epassporte account, you may create one on their website. Once you have modified your payment information, we will be able to issue you a payout of your outstanding balance. We are not able to send a Check, Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer for the balance.
