Thank you. I have long suspected having to drink so much water when you arent thirsty is bs.
Now maybe drinking all that water does some good but yeah it does seem unnatural.

I take 1000 mg of chewable C and two chewable Active Kids vites a day. Easy and covers ya.
I used to take all the vites. 16 to 20 a day. But I like chewable kid's multis. Way cheaper too than regular chewable multis with almost the same potency. Take as many as you need. Gets in your system much easier and not stuck in your esophagus. They have good potency too. One or maybe two max active kids has 25 mg of zinc which is really high for a multi. Why take a pill of zinc.
