that's impressive eh! that's pretty fukcing strong right. this is the phase i just started- get stronger. my new routine is 6-8 rep range, as heavy as possible and i am diggin it! it's crazy going from chest workout of pushups, 25 rep sets, lots of em, great results......to 6 sets of 8 super hard reps and feeling sore for days after. but my strength is increasing super fast, creatine prolly helped that right.
