I've been up for about an hour and I've already drank 2L of water (4 bottles of water).

I have always been able to intake a LOT of fluid, even before I started working out a lot, and since I've stopped I can still drink a gallon of water a day if I really put my mind to it.

I had to work up to drinking 3 gallons + over the course of a few months. I was wearing jeans and 2 shirts in the middle of the summer and not running the a/c in my car so I was constantly sweating, I felt GREAT though.

I was basically drinking 16oz of OJ, half of that mixed with protein and fresh berries, and water. No alcohol, no soda, no other juice other than the occasional smoothie from jamba juice if I was out and needed to cram in some protein (Nothing like asking for 8 extra scoops of their protein powder haha).

BUT, since then I've started smoking, drinking soda again and I have just recently started drinking a lot of water again and I already feel an improvement overall. It's not some miracle life saver but getting hydrated without all the other bullshit is SO much better.
