your expecting the impossible, no matter how much money the copyright lobbist throw at the government, the law has to go thru a question period.
The safe harbor provision didn't exist in the DMCA until after that question period. Which means what every change happens there will be balance.
The current pro fair use arguement is the treat it just like any other monopoly when the laws' new rights are used to squash fair use (3 times damage or lose the monopoly)
expect that trade off to happen if a new law comes, and that assumes the access shifting fair use right doesn't get thru the courts by then.

And I'm pretty sure I know every trick in the book. And the guys I know personally are real good too...and none of them are having the results you're having. Not through search engines, not through free sites, and damn sure not through tubes.
Are you doing mailers on the downlow or something? Give me some kind of generalization so I can rationalize your statement.
