Interesting. Do you (or anyone) know of any good over the counter products/ect or methods besides cutting salt that help flush excess water.
I think this is my prob too as well as the OP who it appears has put on water weight. I need to cut down or eliminate table salt and salty foods for sure.
I notice if I get a little more sleep and urinate a couple more times the weight goes down quite a bit more. So water retention is a big factor in weight control. Our bodies seem to want to flush water when we sleep.
I know if you have high blood pressure (which usually goes up with weight gain) docs will put you on diuretics to get rid of water. But I would rather use some kind of natural method or otc substance if possible to flush excess water weight.
Edit: Maybe I need to drink more water weird as that seems.
