Paycom is admitting that they were not complaint for 8 out of a 12 months starting in August 2001. (It starts at the bottom of page 30 of the lawsuit.)
Then, Paycom claims they're compliant as of June 2002, but that non-complaint chargeback data was somehow reported to Mastercard in "error".
