They have a full staff on 24/7. I've been to their offices, it's staggering. Call them at 3am their time in Atlanta and count how many rings it takes for them to pick up the phone. I'm not talking about how long it takes for them to respond to a ticket or email, but how quickly they pick up the phone and your instantly talking to a live human if needed.
