My honest non-affiliate-link opinion given I own 2000+ domains:
NameCheap or
Moniker if you don't have a lot of names,
Fabulous if you have a lot of names and can thus get into their wholesale program. Fabulous owns everyone else by a mile IMO.
GoDaddy is actually great if you don't use the domains for sites...no comparison to Fabulous but I prefer them to Moniker and Namecheap given I buy domains to sell, not to develop. I can however certainly understand why people would want to get away from having their domains at GoDaddy if they develop on them hence the rec's above. GoDaddy is a "shoot first and ask questions later" type when they get complaints.
