You're totally right,

- if there is not anyone to provide the "program" the people get in general very boring after a while, so you really need someone as a cheerleader to hype things up, you also need someone to provide the "program" beforehand

- don't forget extremely unreliable talent - you won't get exactly functional people to fuck in front of the cams, this is a never ending pain

- If you'd recruit "professionals" they'll be dull as hell, unable to provide a sensible sentence, and the fucking will be boring as 99 pct. of hardcore porn
