Sent a package from Bergen, Norway on Monday 5th to Bretigny, France. So far it's arrived and departed:

Oslo, Norway
Malmo, Sweden
Copenhagen, Denmark,
Hannover, Germany

And today they just registrered it in Cologne, Germany. the expected delivery date is set to 13th(!). How is that possible and are they always this slow?

(first and last time using UPS)
