I personally, have been beyond busy this week with many many different projects, and unfotunately, I cant always personally answer all emails, calls, etc, however I've hired two more secretaries this week (which now makes 3) to help with everything and one i've assigned strictly to manage, setup, and upkeep ad placement to help Jeremy with all overflow, so this means that customer support should now be lightening fast and ad placement should be equally fast, if you find otherwise over the course of the next week please alert me to it...
Also, traffic 'flow' will be increased later this afternoon by many many fold...
